Chris Thiem is an active member in both his local and national farrier organizations. Chris has been shoeing horses for over 10 years. He strives to bring his clients the best in business when it comes to farrier work. Chris has worked closely with many master farriers throughout the years to develop the skills necessary to be an expert in his craft. In addition, Chris has worked with several vets on lameness issues and developed methods to resolve the issues which in turn has increased his knowledge base along the way. Chris understands that research is being done on a daily basis,in the farrier industry, and new methods are being developed worldwide. He takes every opportunity to learn the latest cutting edge techniques that will aid him in providing a higher quality service to the equine athletes and their owners. He is committed to continuing his education by attending many clinics and conferences throughout the year to enhance and build on his skills. |

Chris is not only a farrier, he is a professional horseman. He enjoys spending his "off-time” roping and training his colts. His true love and passion is ranching. |
